Describing a Person

A descriptive text is the text that describes a particular person, animal, certain place, and thing.

a.       Generic struture             : Identification/Introduction, description.

b.       Grammatical features     : Simple present tense, using action verb, using noun phrase,   using adverbial phrase,

When we describe a person:

1.      Start by his/her: Identity, age, occupation, physical appearence. 

2.      Use the adjectives in a precise order within a sentence:

Beautiful	long	black	hair
